Outstanding Service from Staff, Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub, Convenient Location to Cleveland Clinic

The parking fees were ridiculous for a hotel in such an unremarkable area!!! Also, the rooms could use some serious updating, furniture looked a bit worn and bathroom fixtures were rusty!!!

The cracked window in room 321 dampened our stay, and the breakfast was misleading with only one included. The fitness center was decent, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

Had a great time with friends! The location is close to the Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall and Dolphin Stadium, making it easy to explore. Rooms were spacious and recently renovated, which added to the comfort. Just remember, breakfast isn't included for everyone in a reservation, so plan accordingly!

However, we overheard others at check-in mentioning their rooms had a musty smell. That could be a point of concern for some guests.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious, which is great for families. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. I loved having a nice desk space, too, perfect for lounging with my laptop. However, I did notice that the room could use some updates, as it felt a bit dated. Plus, plumbing wasn't the best. the shower took a while to drain properly.

If you're a foodie, you gotta try El Colombiano for some authentic Colombian eats and delicious pastries from Pan Pa Ya. Plus, the early check-in was a sweet surprise! I loved the cozy nook by the cafe where I managed to snag a working TV to unwind after a long day.

But the parking fee? A total buzzkill! It's like, come on, who charges for parking? And yeah, the humidity was a wet blanket vibe on the second floor.
